Melrose Towers

Complete project from demolition to construction. The building was condemned and required demolition, new 34 foot pilings, and a new foundation. A new solarium was constructed with new handicap ramp, all new tile, new heating and electrical in the pool area all new tile.

Louisburg Square South Condominiums of North Quincy, MA

Carefully examined the conditions of the existing 177 unit complex. Completely rehabilitated the building's exterior, including roofs, siding, trim, windows, and dormers. The Thornbury Group was able to complete the project on budget and ahead of schedule with negligible disturbance with the Owner's normal use of the buildings.
